Introduction! (Guest blog)
Hey guys, my name is Isabella. I am a 15 year old small youtuber that was born in New York, and my goal on my social media accounts is to make people smile. Today, I thought I would share with you some productivity tips that you can use in your daily routine.

Wake Up Early
Waking up early is not as easy as it sounds, but it sure does set you up for a good day. Yes sleeping in is really tempting, but this could be seriously affecting your ability to work productively. In the beginning try to get up an hour earlier than normal.
Stop Multitasking
We have all done it, let’s be honest. I know it seems like multitasking is the answer to any busy day because you will get stuff done faster. In some cases multitasking can work. For example when you’re cleaning your room and listening to a podcast at the same time you will be just fine, but if you are writing an essay and listening to music you will notice that your mind will start to wander making it hard to pay attention to what you are doing. When you try to multitask, you are switching your focus from one thing to another (yep you aren’t actually doing two things at the same time) Instead try to complete each task alone, and you will start to notice how much you are getting done.
Write A To-Do List The Night Before
The best way to ensure you will have a productive day is to start the night before. Before you go to bed, take 5-10 minutes to write a to-do list for the next day. I recommend writing the most important tasks at the top, so you remember that those are the tasks that need to get done first. This way when you wake up you aren’t going to waste time deciding where to start and you will be ready for the most productive day ever.

Take Small But Frequent Breaks
We know that we all have a limit when it comes to focusing on a task. Even if you have 1 hour to get everything done because of how busy you are it can still be a challenge to focus. Try taking a 2-5 minute break every 25 minutes. Stand up, stretch, drink some water, vibe to music whatever you want. You will feel so refreshed and ready to get back to work.
Set The Mood
I find that setting the mood when I am getting stuff done helps tremendously. Here are some ideas.
- Music
- Hot beverage
- Candle
- Turn on lights
By doing this you will feel motivated and even excited to get everything done.
